It is made of flour, cornmeal, coconut, coconut milk, eggs, milk, butter, sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, raisins, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients which is then wrapped in banana leaves and steam cooked.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as dessert.
