Langouste a la vanille is grilled lobster with vanilla sauce.

It is made of lobsters, butter, vanilla bean, onions, spinach, shallots, vinegar, clover sprouts, pepper, salt and olive oil.

It is normally drizzled with vanilla sauce.

It is usually served with greens and topped with clover sprouts.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
