Chimole is black chicken soup.
It is made of chicken, chicken bouillon, eggs, black recado, cilantro, tomatoes, potatoes, onion, garlic, pepper and salt.
It is normally served with boiled eggs and corn tortillas.
It is mostly eaten for dinner.
