It is made of flour, tuna fish, coconut, onion, garlic, ginger, lemon, jalapenos, turmeric, pepper, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing the flour and oil to create a dough which is then filled with tuna mixture before fried in hot oil until golden brown.

It is mostly eaten as snack food.
