It is made of grain rice, blue plums, eggs, butter, milk, sugar, powdered sugar, cinnamon, honey and salt.
It is normally dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
It is usually served with honey or syrup drizzled on top.
It is mostly eaten as dessert.
