It is made of bananas or plantains, coconut milk, vanilla pod, nutmeg, cinnamon leaves, sugar and salt.
It is prepared by putting peeled bananas on top of cinnamon leaves before being added with other ingredients and boil cooked.
It is mostly eaten as dessert.
