Turo Rudi is cheese chocolate bar.
It is made of dark chocolate, cheese, vanilla pod, lemon peel, gelatine and sugar.
It is prepared by mixing cheese mixture with melted gelatine which is then shaped into bar shapes before rolled in melted chocolate.
It is mostly eaten as snack food.
