Odiyal Kool  is a famous Sri Lankan dish.

Odiyal Kool  spicy and sour seafood stew.

It is made of brown rice, Palmyra tuber flour, fish, cuttlefish, prawns, crabs, long beans, tapioca, Jackfruit seeds, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, tamarind juice and salt.

It is normally served with rice or raw coconut pieces.

It is mostly eaten for lunch or special occasions.
