It is made of buckwheat flour, turnips, turnip leaves, cheese, butter, ginger, garlic, green onions, black mustard seeds, chili powder, pepper and salt.

It is normally filled with turnip leaves and cheese.

It is usually served with chili sauce.

It is mostly eaten as snack food.
