It is made of gorgod skinless whole wheat, apricots, raisins, pistachios, pine nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon and pomegranate seeds.
It is normally garnished with hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon and pomegranate seeds.
It is mostly eaten as dessert or for special occasions.
