Chicken Fatteh is chicken and rice dish.

It is made of basmati rice, chicken, pita breads, yogurt, garlic cloves, chicken broth, lemon juice, parsley, mint, paprika, pine nuts or almond slivers, salt and olive oil.

It is normally garnished with parsley, dried mint, paprika and toasted nuts.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
