Eritrea is a country in the Eastern African and Horn Of Africa region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Asmara.

It has a population of about 4.9 million people.





Ga'at is a famous Eritrean dish.

Ga'at is stiff porridge.

It is made of wheat flour, bula flour, Kibe spicy butter, Berebere spice mixture and salt.

It is normally filled in the middle with Kibe and Berebere.

It is usually served with yogurt.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
