Wonton Noodles or Wanton Mee is a famous Hong Kong dish.

Wonton Noodles refers to noodles served in hot soup with shrimp wonton or dumplings and garnished with leafy vegetables.

It is prepared by cooking the shrimp wonton first which is then placed in a serving bowl. The noodles are then blanched and then rinsed in cold water before being placed in the bowl. The hot soup is then scooped into the bowl, on top of the wonton noodles.

It can be eaten at any time of the day, mostly for lunch or dinner.
