Naengmyeon is a famous North Korean cold noodles dish.
Naengmyeon refers to handmade buckwheat noodles served cold in a flavoured chicken broth and topped with kimchi, cucumber, chicken slices or pickled radish and egg.
It is normally spiced up with condiments such as red chili paste, vinegar and soy.
It is usually eaten for lunch.
