Conch Fritters is fritters made from conch sea snails.

It is made of flour, conch sea snails meat, baking powder, milk, eggs, celery, garlic, green pepper, onion, carrot, jerk sauce and salt.

It is normally garnished with lemon or lime wedges.

It is usually served with Caribbean tartar sauce.

It is mostly eaten on it's own or as side dish for lunch or dinner.
