Ghana is a country in the West African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Accra.

It has a population of about 28.3 million people.







Kenkey, Dorkuno, Kokoe or Kormu is a famous Ghanaian food.

Kenkey is fermented maize or corn dough which is wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.

It is made of white cornmeal, cornstarch, salt and banana leaves or corn leaves.

It is normally served with hot sauce.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as snack food.
