Cameroon is a country in the Central African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Yaounde.

It has a population of about 23.4 million people.






Ekwang is a famous Cameroonian food.

Ekwang is grated cocoyam wrapped with cocoyam leaves and simmered with crayfish and palm oil.

It is made of cocoyam, cocoyam leaves, crayfish, fish, habanero pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, white or black pepper, seasoning and salt.

It is prepared by wrapping peeled and grated cocoyam with cocoyam leaves which is then mixed with the ingredients and cooked. 

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
