Brunei is a country in the South East Asian region of the Asian continent.
It's capital city is Bandar Seri Begawan.
It has a population of about 417,200 people.
Selurut, Celurut or Jelurut is a famous Bruneian food.
Selurut is steamed rice cake.
It is made of rice, coconut milk, sago, sugar, fragrant pandan water and salt.
It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients which is then wrapped in cone-shaped coconut leaf and steam cooked.
It is mostly eaten as dessert or snack food.
