It is made of flour, yeast, yogurt, ghee, sugar, cardamom, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients to create small dough pieces which is fried until golden brown and then coated with sugar and cardamom syrup mixture.

It is mostly eaten as dessert or snack food.
