It is made of rice, apricots, prunes, carrots, onions, golden raisins, cinnamon, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing fried onions and carrots with rice and other ingredients which is then cooked in boiled water until all the water is absorbed.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
