Cameroon is a country in the Central African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Yaounde.

It has a population of about 23.4 million people.






Sangah is a famous Cameroonian dish.

Sangah is cassava and vegetables stew.

It is made of cassava leaves, maize, corn, rice, plantains, sugar and palm oil. 

It is prepared by having cassava leaves pounded and mashed before being mixed with other ingredients.

It is normally served with rice or plantains.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
