It is made of flour, yeast, corn starch, sugar, lemon juice, sesame seeds, pistachio, honey, cinnamon rose water and oil.

It is normally sprinkled with sesame seeds or crushed pistachios.

It is usually served with honey, cinnamon or sugar syrup.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
