Darabeel is crispy rolled dough biscuit.

It is made of flour, cinnamon, brown sugar, cardamom and oil.

It is prepared by mixing the flour and oil to create dough pieces which is then kneaded and filled with brown sugar, cinnamon and cardamom mixture before fried until golden brown.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
