It is made of pumpkin, onion, ginge, turmeric, garlic, curry powder, chili pepper, vegetable broth, tomato puree, yogurt, cilantro and oil.

It is normally garnished with yogurt and cilantro.

It is usually served with flatbread or rice.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
