Koktal is smoked fish.

It is made of fish, onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, lemons, parsley, seasoning, mayonnaise, lettuce, olives, pepper and salt.

It is normally garnished with parsley, olives, lettuce and lemon slices.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
