It has a population of about 11.3 million people.






Isombe is a famous Rwandan dish.

Isombe is pounded cassava leaves.

It is made of cassava leaves, spring onions, spinach, eggplants, green bell peppers, peanut butter and palm oil.

It is normally served with rice, bread or beans/

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
