Chicken Ngoh Hiang or Loh Bak is a famous Singaporean food.

Chicken Ngoh Hiang is deep fried beancurd chicken rolls.

It is made of cornstarch or tapioca flour, beancurd skin, chicken, onion, carrot, chestnuts, parsley, soy sauce, five spice powder, white pepper, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients which is then wrapped in beancurd skins and deep fried until golden brown.

It is normally served with soy sauce.

It is mostly eaten as snack food.
