Gomboce is a famous Serbian food.

Gomboce is plum dumplings.

It is made of flour, eggs, plums, butter, bread crumbs, potatoes, sugar, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing mashed potatoes with other ingredients to create a dough which is then filled with  plum and boiled before rolled in breadcrumbs and sugar mixture.

It is mostly eaten as dessert or as snack food.
