Masroshi is fried dough stuffed with various fillings.

It is made of flour, tuna fish, coconut, onions, ginger,  turmeric, curry powder, lemon, chillies, salt and olive oil.

It is normally filled with smoked tuna fish or grated coconut.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as snack food.
