Ballourieh is sweets that consists of shredded dough with fillings.

It is made of kataifi dough, pistachios, butter, sugar, granulated sugar, honey, lime juice, lemon juice and rose water.

It is normally filled with roasted pistachios.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
