Ansom Chek or Num Ansom Chek is a famous Cambodian food.

Ansom Chek is rolled banana rice cake.

It is made of glutinous rice, bananas, mango, grated coconut, salt and banana leaves.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients which is then enclosed with banana leaves and steamed.

It is mostly eaten as dessert
