Ebwanga is a famous Ugandan food.

Ebwanga is steamed banana.

It is made of cassava flour, bananas and ground nuts.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients which is then wrapped in banana leaves and steam cooked.

It is mostly eaten as snack food.
