Baliq Shashlik is marinated, skewered and grilled fish.

It is made of fish, onions, tomatoes, scallions, lemon juice, dill, sumac, salt and oil.

It is normally served with lemon wedges, tart sour-plum sauce, sliced onions and tomatoes.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.

Toyuq Levengi is a famous Azerbaijani dish.

Toyuq Levengi is stuffed chicken.

It is made of chicken, butter, onion, walnuts, raisins, prunes, Cherry plums, tamarind sauce, salt and pepper.

It is prepared by stuffing the ingredients inside the chicken and roast it to create a tantalising fusion of flavours.

It is normally served with rice and lemon slices.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
