It is made of flour, potatoes, eggs, bouillon powder, black pepper, turmeric powder and oil.

It is prepared by peeling cooked potatoes which is then mashed and mixed with flour mixture before stuffed with boiled eggs and fried until golden brown.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as snack food.
