Koki Beans is a savory pudding made with black eyed peas.

It is made of black eyed peas, spinach, chili peppers, banana leaves, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients which is then wrapped in a banana leave and cooked in boiled water.

It is normally served with boiled plantains or sweet potatoes.

It is mostly eaten as snack food at various times of the day.
