Siomay is a famous Indonesian dish.
Siomay is steamed fish dumplings.
It is made of fish, egg, scallion, sugar, pepper, tapioca powder, bitter gourd, tofu, potatoes, cabbage, kaffir limes, sweet soy sauce, roasted peanuts, garlic, red chilies, salt and oil.
It is normally served with peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce and kaffir lime juice.
It is mostly eaten as snack food.
