It's capital city is La Paz.

It has a population of about 11.4 million people.





Pukacapas is a famous Bolivian food.

Pukacapas is dough pastry with fillings.

It is made of flour, cheese, butter, milk, eggs, baking powder, onion, red jalapeno chili, green jalapeno chili, tomatoes, garlic, green olives, parsley, salt and oil.

It is normally sprinkled with sugar.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as snack food.
