It is made of cabbage, green beans, mung bean sprouts, eggs, coconut cream, yogurt, brown sugar, green chilli peppers, ground coriander, lime juice and salt.

It is normally garnished with sliced cucumbers boiled eggs.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
