Mofo Anana or Mofo Sakay is a famous Malagasy food.

Mofo Anana is leafy greens bread fritters.

It is made of flour, curry powder, baking soda, spinach, onion, tomato, green chilies, pepper, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing cooked vegetables into a bread batter which is then fried.

It is normally served with chili, garlic or ginger sauce dips.

It is mostly eaten as snack food.
