Firire is a famous Senegalese dish.

Firire is fried fish with onion sauce.

It is made of fish, onions, garlic, vinegar, mustard, salad, cherry tomatoes, pepper, green pepper, chili powder, salt and oil.

It is normally served with fries, salad and bread.

It is mostly eaten for dinner.
