Hong Kong is a Special Administrative Region of China in the East Asian region of the Asian continent.

It has a population of about 7.4 million people.








Egg Waffles is a famous Hong Kong food.

Egg Waffles or Gan Daan Jai is bubble-shaped waffles.

It is also known as Egg Puffs, Eggettes or Bubble Waffles.

It is made of flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, tapioca starch, custard powder, sugar, vanilla extract and oil.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients to produce a batter which is  then poured into egg waffle pan and cooked until light brown.

It is mostly eaten as snack food.
