Singapore Bee Hoon is fried rice vermicelli noodles.
It is made of rice vermicelli noodles, chicken, shrimps, eggs, garlic, onion, cabbage, carrot, bean sprout, scallions, white pepper, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and oil.
It is normally garnished with chopped scallion.
It is mostly eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
