Gado-Gado is a famous Indonesian food.
Gado-Gado is vegetables salad mixed with peanut sauce.
It is made of potato, tofu, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, green cabbage, tempeh soya chip, morning glory, spinach, chayote, peanuts, brown sugar, lime juice, cayenne pepper, red chilli, garlic and salt.
It is prepared by boiling the vegetables which are then tossed with peanut sauce mixture.
It is normally served with rice, boiled eggs, crackers or fried shallots.
It is mostly eaten on it's own as snack food or as side dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
