Bissara is a famous Moroccan dish.

Bissara is dried broad beans soup.

It is made of fava beans, split peas, cumin, turmeric powder, garlic, salt and olive oil.

It is normally garnished with olive oil, cumin and cayenne powder.

It is usually served with bread.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
