Kikomando is torn chapati flatbread and beans.

It is made of flour, kidney beans, tomatoes, carrots, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, salt and oil.

It is normally served with stews or gravy.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or lunch.
