Ivory Coast is a country in the West African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Yamoussoukro.

It has a population of about 23.7 million people.






Attieke is a famous Ivory Coast dish.

Attieke is fermented cassava couscous.

It is made of cassava and oil.

It is prepared by having cassava peeled and grated which is then left to ferment before being dried and steamed.

It is normally served with salad or stews.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
