It's capital city is Rabat.

It has a population of about 35.7 million people.







Rfissa is a famous Moroccan dish.

Rfissa is chicken and lentils stew served on trid pastry bread.

It is made of trid pastry, chicken, lentils, butter, onions, ginger, pepper, turmeric, ras el hanout spice mix, fenugreek seeds, saffron, cilantro, parsley, salt and oil.

It is normally garnished with cilantro or parsley.

It is mostly eaten for lunch or special occasions.
