Gurabija is round and flat shortbread cookies.
It is made of flour, eggs,butter, milk, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, walnuts and oil.
It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients to produce dough balls which is then flattened and baked in the oven.
It is mostly eaten as dessert.
