Ghana is a country in the West African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Accra.

It has a population of about 28.3 million people.







Kokonte or Konkonte is a famous Ghanaian dish.

Kokonte is cassava stew.

It is made of dried and pounded cassava or yam, salt and water.

It is normally served with palm nut, groundnut or okro soup.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or lunch.
