Mok Kai is a famous Laotian dish.

Mok Kai is steamed chicken wrapped in banana leaf.

It is made of chicken, garlic, shallots, green onions, dill, lemongrass, Padek fish sauce, red chili, and salt.

It is normally served with rice.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
